Around 8pm tonight, the lights suddenly turn off, and for 2 seconds it turns back but as fast as the light turns back, it turns off again. Well once again, people of Easterm Laguna, this is just a durability check of FLECO on your appliances. They are checking if your appliances can stand the frequent on and off.
